With a mane as golden as the sun, Mufasa ruled with wisdom and taught Simba about the Circle of Life. He explained that everything in the world was connected. She was shocked to find Simba in the jungle, far from home. Although she was happy to see him, she also carried bad news. Scar had become king, and under his rule, the Pride Lands had fallen into ruin. The once-green savanna was now dry and barren, and the Circle of Life had been broken.
